At Comfort Beds, every headboard, bed, and mattress is handcrafted with care at our factory in the heart of Yorkshire, UK. Once your order is complete, it’s shipped directly from our workshop to your door, ensuring a smooth, fast, and cost-effective delivery with no middlemen involved.

Deliveries are handled by our professional in-house drivers, ensuring your furniture arrives safely and on time.
If you have any questions before or after delivery, our friendly support team is always happy to help.

We take great pride in providing a seamless customer experience from order to installation. Most orders are delivered within 3–10 working days.
Please note that all deliveries require a signature upon arrival to confirm receipt.

Important: Keep your old bed or mattress until your new one arrives.


Delivery Options

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery service includes door-side delivery to the front of your property.

Installation Service

For a more convenient experience, we offer room delivery and professional installation for a small fee.
Our trained installers will carefully assemble your new bed, headboard, or mattress in your chosen room.

Removal Service

Need your old bed removed? We also provide a removal service.
Please ensure the old bed is disassembled and ready for collection before our team arrives.


Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please review the following before your scheduled delivery:

  • Make sure all access points (doors, stairs, hallways) are wide enough for your order to fit through.
    If the delivery fails due to restricted access, a redelivery fee will apply.

  • The room must be empty and ready for installation.
    Our drivers are unable to move existing furniture or beds.

  • Clear any obstacles from the assembly area to allow our team to work safely.

  • For installation deliveries, our experts will assemble, secure, and position your furniture, then remove all packaging — leaving your room ready to enjoy.

Important: For all removal services, ensure the old bed is disassembled and placed downstairs, ready for pickup.

If your postcode falls outside our free delivery area, a small delivery fee may apply.

Delivery Restrictions

Our free delivery offer applies only to mainland UK.
Offshore locations such as the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands are currently excluded.
If you’re unsure whether your address is covered, please contact us and our team will confirm before you place your order.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access, missed appointments, or other issues, additional fees may apply before we can reattempt delivery.
