Returns & Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you receive your goods or service.

If you wish to return an item due to personal preference, please note:

  • A collection fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Collection fees vary based on the size, weight, and location of the item(s).

  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace or refund the affected items free of charge (within the 14-day cancellation period).

Before You Order

Before completing your purchase, please:

  • Verify all product dimensions to ensure your chosen furniture fits your space.

  • Check doorways, hallways, and staircases for accessibility to your desired room.
    Sloomy cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to restricted access.


Mattresses

Please keep the protective wrapping on your mattress until you are certain you wish to keep it.
For hygiene reasons, once a mattress has been unwrapped or used, it cannot be returned unless faulty upon delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights.


Language

All communications, product information, and transactions are conducted in the English language.

Law

Your agreement with Comfort Beds is governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
