At Comfort Beds, we take pride in the exceptional quality of our beds, headboards, and mattresses. Every product undergoes strict quality control and detailed inspection before leaving our Yorkshire factory to ensure it meets our highest standards.
However, we understand that on rare occasions, issues may arise — and when they do, we’re here to help.


Upon Delivery

To make sure your experience is smooth and worry-free, please take a moment to inspect your items carefully upon delivery.

  • Check all products thoroughly for any visible damage before signing for them.

  • If you notice any damage or issues, clearly note this on the courier’s delivery sheet before the driver leaves.

Important: We cannot accept claims for transit damage if the issue is not reported at the time of delivery and marked on the courier’s delivery sheet.


Returns and Claims

We aim to make the returns process simple and transparent. Please review the conditions below before submitting a claim:

  • Defects on Delivery:
    Claims for any damage or defects reported upon delivery will be fully accepted and processed promptly.

  • Manufacturing Defects:
    If your product shows clear manufacturing faults, we will arrange repair, replacement, or return at no extra cost.

  • Non-Manufacturing Issues:
    Returns for items showing wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage will not be accepted.
    Our warranty covers only genuine manufacturing defects.

  • Unreported Damage:
    If an issue is not reported upon delivery and later identified, inspection and collection charges may apply to assess or accept the return.


Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after ordering. If you wish to return an item that is not defective, the following conditions apply:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

  • You will be responsible for covering the initial delivery cost and the return collection fee.

  • Change-of-mind returns must be requested within 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed (minus applicable delivery or collection charges).

  • Any damage that occurs after we have accepted the return will be the responsibility of the customer.

Tip: To ensure a smooth return, always keep your packaging until you’re completely satisfied with your purchase.
